(MCHA) is an institution that provides world class culinary and hospitality education for students who want to be globally competent in the field. Its programs and courses are comprehensive, providing students the means to maximize their skills and passion for culinary and hospitality management.

DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS (1 year)

Services NCII)

 

The Diploma in Culinary Arts program covers 3

fundamental TESDA qualifications which are

Commercial Cooking NCII, Bread and Pastry

Production NCII, and Food and Beverage Service

NCII. The hands-on learning experiences and

in-depth knowledge gained from the program will

prepare the students for the grueling world of the

food service industry. The students will spend 6

months training in the school and another 6 months

on the job training at prestigious hotels or

restaurants.

  

Upon completion of the program’s requirements, students will be issued a diploma and 3 national certificates from TESDA.

SHORT COURSES

  

Culinary Arts Fundamentals (60 hours)

 

This program is designed to introduce the

students to the fundamentals of cooking and

food preparation. It aims to provide students

with necessary skills to produce a wide range

of high quality food items from appetizers,

salads, soups, main courses, and even plate

presentation.

 

Upon completion, students will receive a

certificate from Manila Culinary and Hospitality

Academy.

Pastry Arts Fundamentals (60 hours)

The Pastry Arts Fundamentals program is a comprehensive short course program that will give the students the opportunity to learn the principles and basic techniques in pastry arts, bread production, and confectionery.

Upon completion, students will receive a certificate from Manila Culinary and Hospitality Academy.

Bread Making Fundamentals (20 hours)

 

The Bread Making Fundamentals program is designed to provide students with skills necessary to work in baking and pastry kitchens in a wide variety of establishments.  Students will learn the basics of preparing different kinds of breads. The program will also enable the students to learn food safety and sanitation (HACCP) as well as basic bakery / bakeshop management skills.

Upon completion, students will receive a certificate from Manila Culinary and Hospitality Academy.

  • Submit the following documents.
  • NSO copy of birth certificate
  • 2 pieces of 2 x 2 colored picture with white background
  • Medical certificate

  • For high school graduates:
  • Certified true copy of diploma
  • Form 138 (high school report card)
  • Certificate of good moral character
  • For undergraduates:
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Certified true copy of grades

  • For college graduates:
  • Certified true copy of diploma
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records

  • Settle payment for tuition fees.
  • Attend the scheduled orientation
