All about WINGS

WINGS is a pioneer and the first and only TESDA-accredited (flight) cabin crew/flight attendant training in the Philippines with TVET Registration and NTR No. 0513050116 in December, 2005.  Since its establishment in 2001, WINGS has helped numerous aspiring flight attendants find jobs in local and international airlines.

In 2006, new management instituted new courses such as English Proficiency, Tourism Seminars, Short Business Courses and Languages.

In the same year, WINGS developed all the courses through the leadership of its new CEO – Helen O. Mogan, PhD.  In addition, WINGS improved and copyrighted its Flight Cabin Crew programs.At WINGS, the learner/trainee is the most important person. We value the uniqueness of every trainee and we firmly believe that training spells success.

Call Center Foundation English course was added in 2007, after which a partnership training agreement between a leading Philippine call center human resource provider and WINGS was signed.

To widen its reach, WINGS secured an order to accept foreign nationals from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization.  Our global presence includes registration of the flight cabin crew courses at ICAO, JAA, and websites. Courses at WINGS are updated constantly to suit the current needs of both trainees and companies. Careful research and industry observation is part of the company culture and each employee enjoys enormous personal training and coaching from their CEO. This year, TESDA has issued the new TVET and NTR numbers for the different Flight Cabin Crew training programs. 0813031019 for the 3-day, 0813031020 for the 10-day, 08131021 for the 30-day and 08131022 for the 60-day training program. Aside from TESDA, the Bureau of Immigration has also issued a license to WINGS. Our BID license is AAF No. MCL 2007-140.

Most trainees tell us that at WINGS, “there is never a dull moment.”  We make learning fun, creative, participative and learner-centered.  The value created at WINGS is that after training, the learner becomes more confident, skilled and there is a sense of visible transformation.
