When Gabby Concepcion arrived in Manila two weeks ago, his daughter to megastar Sharon Cuneta, KC Concepcion was supposed to meet up with him. But since KC was taping for her TV show "I Am KC", she didn’t get the chance. Weeks went on and much has been talked about Gabby's whereabouts but the two have not seen each other.
Undeniably, these two have super-hectic itineraries every day making it truly impossible for them to find time and catch up with one another. But it looks like fate found its way to make their paths crossed: Finally, on April 9, KC and Gabby bumped into each other in ABS-CBN. KC expressed happiness with the  unexpected incident and said in an interview, "Sobra akong talon nang talon. Obviously, excited ako at dito pa kami nagkita sa ABS. Super ganda ng reunion namin."
According to sources, the chit-chat was short and sweet. The last time the two were reunited was in 2006 when KC flew to the US to see Gabby. Sources also told us that right after their quick reunion, KC immediately sent her mom an SMS message delivering the good news. But her mom has not replied yet. Sharon flew to London for a shooting of her upcoming movie with Star Cinema, "London".
Meanwhile, KC recently celebrated her 23rd birthday with close friends and relatives. KC flew all of her guests to Boracay. Also, last Wednesday, KC met up with Star Cinema bosses and staff for the story conference of her upcoming movie with the outfit.
On the other hand, Gabby's movie project will be shelved in the meantime to give way to the project with GMA Films that he signed prior to the multi-million Kapamilya offer. But Gabby's much-awaited team up with premier actress Claudine Barretto will still be witnessed via a teleserye that's already underway. Juicy details of that soap will be posted right here in 88DB!
