"Ang hirap din kasing magsalita e, pero actually, ok na ring hiwalay muna sila. I mean, there are some kasi na okay sila kapag magkaibigan. Pero hindi okay kapag magka-relationship na."
TV host-actress Chesca Garcia made this remark last week, when asked about her views on the recent controversial break up of Jennylyn Mercado and her brother Patrick Garcia during her guest apperance at Ogie Diaz' radio show "Wow Ang Showbiz".
Chesca dropped by Ogie’s show for a quick chitchat and to promote her upcoming fashion show at the Trinoma Mall on March 27 for "Us Girls" in Studio23; however, Ogie threw questions pertaining to Chesca’s younger brother.
She admitted that she wanted to stay away from the issue as much as possible. She has already said her piece a few weeks back and would like to shy away from the hot seat. Chesca was a little surprised when Ogie revealed that Patrick confessed to columnist-TV and radio host Cristy Fermin, as stated in her column, that he still loves Jennylyn.
Surprised, the “Us Girls” co-host quickly commented: "That's actually noble of Patrick. I mean, that goes to show that he is sincere with his feelings and he's quite serious about his love for Jen."
Meanwhile, as for her wedding plans, Chesca said, "Yes, tuloy na tuloy na siya. It's gonna be on October this year." Her fiance Doug Kramer is a professional basketball player for Air21.
Chesca has been very diligent preparing for her upcoming wedding. In one of her segments in Us Girls, she showed fashion designer Puey Quiniones' sketch of the gown she'll be wearing on her big day. She also toured the viewers in the wedding venue and reception area. By next month, she plans to share news about her floral arrangements and other important elements of her wedding. We heard that Anne Curtis will be one of her bridesmaids and co-hosts Iya Villania and Angel Aquino will also have special roles in the ceremony. |
