TYKE Taekwondo- for pre schoolers ( 4 years old- above)

White Belt Classes- for begginers in Taekwondo ( open to all age groups)

Colored Belt- for current members and interested enrolees who have previously taken up Taekwondo (open to all age groups)

Advanced Class- for aspiring Varsity Taekwondo athletes

Taekwondo Dance and Poomsae- for those interested in dancing and Poomsae (will be performing in a recital upon completion of the summer classes) (open to all age groups)

All enrolees will receive a Milo Summer Sports Clinic upon completion of the Summer Taekwondo Clinic.

MANILA, Philippines - The 2009 Charis School Milo Summer Taekwondo Clinic will open its summer schedule April 13, 1:30-3:00 p.m., at the Charis School of Marikina City.

The event is under the Philippine Taekwondo Association and Milo Summer Taekwondo Clinic and is organized by coach Stauro Punongbayan. He will be assisted by Richelle Dinolan (FEU varsity), Maan Mangrobang and Krister Santos (UP varsity).

The program will offer various classes to cater to all the needs of young jins, aged 4 years old above. Toddlers and pre-schoolers can take up the tyke taekwondo class, taekwondo dance and poomsae class for non-contact taekwondo.

The Olympic taekwondo program for Olympic-style sparring will have the white belt program for beginners and colored belt/black belt program for yellow belt to black belt students.
