Ms. Charit Halili-De Lara,
President & Senior Consultant
Charit is President and a Senior Consultant of Rosehall Management Consultants, Inc. for more than 18 years now. She has been an executive for the past 22 years and has been into management for 34 years total.
As consultant, she handles courses for executives like Strategic Planning, Benchmarking, Performance Measurement, Balanced Scorecard and Quality Management.
While employed prior to consulting, Charit has handled several functional management positions including that of HRM / Training. She has been involved in training and training design and development for more than thirty (30) years.
She handles Rosehall’s Product Research and Development which entails a lot of Training designs for the use of both Rosehall and clients. She has developed training designs for government (DOLE / NWPC, Department of Agriculture) as well as private companies like Coca-cola Bottlers and Philips Semiconductors Philippines.
She has co-conducted an APO course in FIJI on training measurement and evaluation using Jack Philips model in 2003.
Charit is a product of UP, Diliman (BS Chemical Engineering and MS Industrial Engineering), AIM (Management Development Program, ELBA, and Short Marketing Courses), UA & P (Strategic Business Economics and Short Finance Courses), and Asia Pacific College (Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence) and attends update-training in the US at least once a year.
