Hi guy, Why build with the 'old style' hollow blocks when there are much better construction methods available..? Build a house? Without headache? Click here... http://www.sibonga.com/cement_hollow_blocks_philippines.htm

Hello! I would like to know if I can construct a project worth P5M. I plan to construct a six door townhouse (up and down) and on top of the townhouse, at third floor, build maximize the construction of studio type rooms with pasillo at the middle. I intend to have the units rented out to call center agents at the third floor. Each room should have CR and a place to cook and laundry their clothes. My lot area is a 327 sq. m. residential located in a subdivision in Almanza Las Pinas. Its just a block away from the Zapote Rd. 17 meters ang frontage and 19.23 more or less meters ang depth. Can the project be finished with that budget of P5M. Pwede ba yong pagkasyahin? I am willing to do it my self, but I would need an expert who can guide me. This will be my third construction of the house, but I used to have contractors. I would like to venture into a construction business that is why I would like to start with my project. Please help me plan this, Thank you. gremar_st@Yahoo.com

It is always best to have the Latest Prices. Summer season is the most expensive. The best way to know the prices is to have contractors BIDDING on who will construct your house. this is to have the LATEST PRICES and have a good gauge on the correct rpice for a certain house. Sadly, very less Filipinos know this(excluding one inclined in construction industry). Maraming nagpapagawa ng bahay WITHOUT calculations always saying the word "Pwede na yan" and does NOT knowing the Risk. Specially if ever a major earthquake happen in any place in our country. chris

and of course hire a Contractor to construct and follow all the plans prepared by the architect and all consultants. Contractors are the group that performs the construction implementation at the site. the process is highly recommended specialy for buildings graterthan or equal to 2 storeys high. knowing that the Philippines is prone to earthquake(sharing the same fault with Japan).

To all. first of all you need to hire: 1 - Architect (to do all aesthetics the client needed.) 2 - Structural Consultant (to perform mathematical and engineering calculations for the integrity of your building to withstand combined effects of forces including selfweight, wind, earthquake and other considerations-i.e. machines.) 3 - Mechanical and electrical engineers then, consolidate all profesional fees and construction estimates to know your REASONABLE building price. this is the proper way for you to have your peace of mind knowing that your building is safe and economical in all aspects. You may email me if you would like more knowledge in building design and construction. I am more inclined in structural engineering. chris
