| | | | Kall Food Service is owned and operated by Bella E. Luces-Luciano, a nutritionist-dietician by profession. After graduating from the University of the East, she had a short stint in a hospital dietary department before working for more than 14 years as a nutritionist/supervisor at a well-known fine dining restaurant in Metro Manila.
The business, which is named after Mr. and Mrs. Luciano’s only daughter Kathlyn Anne Luces Luciano, started out as a packed meal delivery service that delivered to neighboring office buildings in the Paco and Malate area in Manila. Before long, word of their delicious cooking spread, and the profitable venture evolved into a full-time catering business which was officially created and registered with the proper government agencies in 1994.
Initially, their clients consisted of friends and relatives, but through word of mouth and with the help of their family and friends, they were able to land several corporate accounts.

They are also sensitive to the fact that some of their clients’ guests come from different countries and may sometimes have special diets or require special food preparations. In such cases, they will happily prepare meals to a guest’s satisfaction.
