 We Sincerely ENCOURAGE SITE VISITS for those interested to rent our place, however prior appointment should be made with our staff.

Should there be guests in the resort, site inspections are not allowed and are usually allowed on Weekdays only!   

We DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INs.

RESERVATIONS Should Be Made At Least

TWO WEEKS in ADVANCE.

INCLUSIONS AND AMMENITIES :

Use of Conference Hall that can accomodate up to 50 persons for sit down dining or 50-70 persons
for classroom style seating arrangement provided with two industrial fans
Use of outdoor dining area
Use of very clean and spacious shower/bathroom facilities
Use of hot spring swimming pool 
Use of garden for any outdoor activities
Unllimited Use of Videoke Machine
Free Hi-Speed WIFI Internet Access
Free use of Griller - Ihawan (charcoal not provided)
Free use of large refrigerator
Free use of two-burner gas stove provided with gas tank
Cookware and utensils for cooking are not provided

Note :
Two (2) airconditioned rooms can accomodate 24 persons. (10 to 12 persons in each room)
One (1) airconditioned room can accomodate 12 to 15 persons maximum
Use of Conference Hall Airconditioning: Php 500.00 for wholeday / Php 1000.00 for overnight

INQUIRIES AND RESERVATIONS :

We shall require all our guests to make a prior reservation in order for us to provide our utmost personalized service.
For your inquiries/reservations, please contact us at 0929-7475130 or (632) 712-4478.
We will inform you on the designated bank account in which to make the deposit/payment upon confirmation of reservation.
Kindly call us or send us a copy of the deposit slip thru fax at (632) 712-4478.
Once we receive your deposit slip, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
Reservations and inquiries will be entertained everyday between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. everyday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

A 50% deposit of the package cost is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations made before 72 hours will mean a refund of 50% of the total deposit however, beyond 72 hours will mean forfeiture of refund.

Balance of reservations will be paid upon check-in.

NOTE : Acts of God (e.g. earthquakes, typhoons, floods, etc.) will mean re-scheduling / re-booking of reserved dates only! Deposits are non-refundable. 

OTHER SPECIAL SERVICES OFFERED :

We can provide an on-call "masahista" should you wish to have your personalized massage in the resort.
"Manicuristas" are also available upon request.
Should there be dancing, we can also provide dance instructors for both ladies and gentlemen.
Music for dancing can be provided by the resort.
Please inform us upon reservation should you avail of these services and we will be more than
happy to present to you the details.

WE ALSO ACCEPT SPECIAL RESERVATIONS :

Weddings, Wedding Proposals, Debuts, Seminars, Birthday Parties and other Special Private Gatherings/Occasions.
The Garden can accomodate 100 up to 150 guests for Buffet Style or Sit-Down Gatherings.
