Our Management Team
Human Reflection Manpower Services was founded by businessman, Mr. Avelino Martin, who has several business interests ranging from trading to management consultancy to real estate. He finished his collegiate course at the De La Salle University with a degree in B.S. in Business Administration and obtained his Masters degree in Business Administration in the same school. He is a former Graduate Studies Professor of San Sebastian College, De La Salle University and Ateneo de Manila University. He is also an active and respected leader in the community.
Heading the management and staff of Human Reflection is its Operations Manager, Mr. Franklin R. Manila, a B.S. Psychology graduate from Far Eastern University. He successfully completed his course on Management Development Program at the Ateneo de Manila University in 2001. He has been an HR Practitioner for more than twenty (20) years and has been connected with Zenco Sales, Inc. (a footwear retailer more popularly known as Zenco Footstep with over 100 branches nationwide), HBC, Inc. – Home of Beauty Exclusives (with over 180 stores), Meal Solutions, Inc. (sister company of Roasters Philippines, Inc. – Kenny Rogers), and Sytengco Group of Companies. He is concurrently a human resource management consultant, Aimstaff Management Consultancy, Inc., Jafra Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc., and Budget and Style Chain of Salons. Mr. Manila is also an active member of the Rotary Club of the Philippines – Makati Greenbelt
Ms. Nilda Borja manages the Finance and Accounting Group. She is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with flying colors at Far Eastern University with a degree in B.S. in Commerce Major in Accounting. She has more than fifteen (15) years of solid experience in the field of finance and accounting in a senior managerial position in the retail industry such as Cinderella Marketing Corp where she worked for more that five (5) years, Gift Gate Inc., Parkniton International, HBC Inc. and The Black Shop to mention a few. At present, she is doing consultancy work on a project basis with different government agencies and is currently the financial consultant of Dos Internetworkx and ACA Video Franchised stores.
Ms. Borja is also a member of various professional organizations such as – Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) , Association of Certified Public Accountants In Commerce and Industry (ACPACI) and Rotary Club of the Philippines – Makati Greenbelt. She is an accredited Certified Public Accountant of the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Board of Accountancy (BOA) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
