As a first step, especially for buying second hand cars, check the used car history records. A history report may help you to uncover some of the problems the car might have in the past such as accidents, flood damage, rolled back odometer, rental use, original colors etc. So check the papers, and verified it in LTO.

If its bnew then you will have not a thing in mind to worry about. It will just be your preference, paying attention to the comfort and most importantly the visibility you have when inside the car. Now if its a 2nd hand car, there is nothing wrong in buying one, just bring a trusted mechanic to look at the vehicle. If it has service records, that would be better.
