Rubber EjectionCorrect placement, height and amount of ejection rubber can make or break the performance of a cutting die. Through communication with our customers and research we have learned many aspects of rubber placement on a die. Due to the vast variety of design and flute combinations, each die is approached differently. Theories are taught to our employees so that they may better understand actual problems. We use top quality dieprene rubber that withstands countless runs. After the completion of the rubbering process, we run a sample proof on one of two sample die cutters.
