LOAN GUIDELINES - ( Seaman’s Loan )
Basic Qualification Requirements
- Filipinno Citizen
- 21-59 years old upon loan maturity
- Must have contact numbers
- Must have a Co-Borrower
- Marriage Contract ( if married )
- VISA ( case to case )
- Proof of Remittance ( if old timer )
- Latest Contract of Deployment
- Passport / Seaman’s Book / Seafarer’s Registration Cert. ( SCR )
- Allotment Slip / Certification of Allotment
Basic Documentary Requirements
- Completely filled-up Application Form
- 2x2 Pictures ( two copies )
- Photo of two (2) valid ID’s ( Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License, SSS, Voter’s ID) etc.
- Proof of Billing (Latest Electricity & Water) ( If billing statement is NOT in the name of the Borrower; attach any billing statement under your name with same address). Eg. Cell. phone bill, bank statement, credit card statement, Letters, etc.
Co-maker Requirements
- 2x2 Pictures ( two copies )
- Photo of two (2) valid ID’s ( Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License, SSS, Voter’s ID ) etc.
- With contact numbers
- Any relative not living in the same address except spouse, friend, neighbor, business associate.
- Proof of Billing of residence (Electricity & Water) ( If billing statement is NOT in the name of the co-maker; attach any billing statement under his/her name bearing same address). Eg. Cell. phone bill, bank statement, credit card statement, Letters, etc.
- Allottee / Spouse as co-borrower, Joint current account;
CO-BORROWER : Spouse / Beneficiary as co-borrower, PhP 195,000.00 below loan approval: 2 signatories PhP 200,000.00 above loan approval: 3 signatories COLLATERAL : Post Dated Checks
INTEREST RATE : 5% per month / 5.5% Processing Fee Option 2 : 3% per month / 8% Processing Fee LOANABLE AMOUNT : PhP 250,000.00 ( Maximum ) 200% of basic salary plus guaranteed pay ( Minimum )
TERMS : 3-6 months payment term GRACE PERIOD : 30 days after release.
